Guys today are obsessed with the "three sixes": six-pack abs, 6 ft height, and a 6 figure salary. I honestly have no idea where this originated from, but I do know one thing for sure — women suck at spatial awareness, and have no idea how much six figures can buy or how long it takes to earn it. And while the majority of the male population is fat, plenty of them have no problem getting laid.

That's because what women actually mean by the "three sixes" is that they'd prefer a man who's taller than them, has enough money to take care of himself and her, and is in decent shape.

This might shock you, but you can’t actually see abs through a shirt. What's attractive is what comes with the abs — a well-developed muscular physique with a v-taper and a low body fat percentage. That's something any guy on a basic compound-based program can achieve.

Hypergamy —​​​​​​​ the destroyer of worlds.

Hypergamy, in my opinion, has been misunderstood and overblown by men. It's gotten to the point where guys are afraid to let their wives work for a boss who earns more than her. Hypergamy, as a mating strategy for women, involves both provision and arousal. It's about seeking a man who, in her eyes, is of higher value than herself.
